Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2. Fees and Payments
Service Fees: GadgetsBuy may charge a service fee for each sale completed through our platform. This fee will be deducted from your sales revenue.
Payment Terms: Payments will be processed and transferred to your designated account according to our payment schedule, subject to the deduction of applicable fees.
3. Prohibited Practices
Prohibited Products: Selling illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized products is strictly prohibited.
Misleading Information: Providing false or misleading information about your products is not allowed.
Direct Marketing: Directly marketing to buyers outside of the GadgetsBuy platform is forbidden.
4. Account Management

Account Suspension: GadgetsBuy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
5. Dispute Resolution
Dispute Handling: In case of a dispute with a buyer, work towards resolving it amicably. GadgetsBuy may offer mediation but is not responsible for dispute resolution.
Reporting Issues: Report any issues with buyers or the platform to our support team for assistance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Platform Use: GadgetsBuy provides the platform for transactions but is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the platform.
Product Responsibility: As a seller, you are responsible for the products you list and sell.
